Inquiry-based LearningExplore the Future of Food and Farming
“See the world through a single grain of rice”

Through hands-on learning, students experience the effort it takes to produce just one grain of rice. This helps them think deeply about food choices and healthy lifestyles from the perspective of a consumer. The initiative values local connections and explores the unique theme of “urban farming in Tokyo.” By learning about food and agriculture through the lens of the SDGs, students deepen their understanding of social issues and grow into people who can help build a more sustainable world.
FinanceConnect with the World and Shape Our Society
“Manage money for yourself and others”

Students have many opportunities to learn how the economy and financial systems support society. By taking part in hands-on activities like stock market simulations and crowdfunding, they begin to see social issues as personal concerns and think about how they can help solve them. They also learn how to use money wisely and responsibly, becoming more independent and globally aware as they prepare to shape the future.
ArtsSharpen the Senses and Enrich the Mind
“Experience the real thing to inspire new creations”

Walk through the hallways and you’ll see sculptures. Climb the stairs and you’ll find paintings. Art is everywhere on campus, blended into daily life. Students can appreciate various paintings from the school’s collection and even create their own, exploring the wide range of expression rooted in Japanese tradition. They also get hands-on experiences with traditional performing arts such as shamisen, koto, kyogen, and gagaku, helping them truly feel the richness of Japanese culture.
